Never Over-Distribute
A private fund can buy a beautiful headline yield with its investors’ own money: pay distributions out of new subscriptions or paper gains and let the future worry about it. It is legal, common, and corrosive. Our commitment is structural and absolute: distributions are funded by operating income, full stop. If operating income does not support a distribution level, the distribution level is wrong, not the accounting.

Pure Alignment
We invest alongside investors, and we are only paid if the fund performs exceptionally well: above an 8% return per annum. Our own capital is committed beside yours, and our performance economics are settled in units that stay invested alongside investors. The only way we do well is the way you do well, and in the same units, on the same terms, at the same time.

Democratization
We are democratizing institutional investments, opening access to what was previously gatekept by industry insiders. Now everyone can participate in the upside the way the big institutions always have. Accredited and eligible investors get institutional-grade strategies, institutional fee structures, and institutional reporting, previously reserved for institutions writing eight-figure cheques.
